Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The City of Flora, in accordance with amended provisions of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, effective January 1, 2010, provides the following information in compliance with said Act.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA)

The copy fees for any information requested under FOIA, are as follows:

• First 50 pages, black and white, letter or legal size copies - NO Cost
• Additional pages, black and white, letter or legal size - $0.15 Each Page
• Certifying a Copy - $1.00 Each

Electronic Records will be formatted to Available Recording Medium (Writable CD or USB Drive) for the City's cost of the CD or USB Drive)
